Established in 1974, OVIM WOMEN IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION (OWIA) emerged as a dynamic force for community development and women's empowerment. Originally known as Ovim Women's Improvement Union, the organization has evolved while maintaining its core mission of community service and development.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES

(a) To unite all women married in Ovim Community both at home and abroad.

(b) To co-operate with the men's wing of Ovim Community league towards the development of Ovim Community. To maintain discipline and inculcate good morals amongst its members.
